Where ServerCrate Is Right Now

  • Current phase: Platform migration & infrastructure consolidation.
  • New signups: Temporarily waitlisted while we upgrade systems.
  • Existing clients: Still supported via email. Reach us any time at support@servercrate.net.
  • Goal: Higher reliability, better performance, and a cleaner control panel for the next rollout.

FAQ: What This Means for You

Why are new orders paused?

We’re upgrading core infrastructure and control panels. Pausing new signups keeps the rollout controlled instead of onboarding users to systems we’re actively replacing.

Are you shutting down?

No. This is a planned migration, not a shutdown. The whole point is to come back with a stronger, more scalable version of ServerCrate.

What happens to existing services?

If you’ve worked with us before and need anything, you can still reach us via email. We’ll handle things case-by-case as we move to the new stack.

When will signups reopen?

We aren’t publishing a hard date on purpose. Once the new platform is fully stable and tested, we’ll reopen signups and notify people who reached out to join the waitlist.

How do I get on the waitlist?

Just email support@servercrate.net with a short note about what you want to host. We’ll reach back out when the doors open again.
